Adam Caldwell

Principal

As a Principal for S.I.R., Adam serves as project manager, strategist, and creative support for clients — focused on developing community-benefit programming, emergent communication needs, and public awareness.

Adam's approach to work is to ask lots of questions, take lots of notes, find the themes, and create a plan that will find answers or point to solutions. Adam has extensive experience in higher education, communications, community engagement, diversity work, and healthcare.

When not in the office, you can usually find Adam camping, rock climbing, or bicycling with his wife and daughter. He is passionate about storytelling in any form, board games, cooking fresh veggies from his garden, and investing time to support people and the environment.

A Shared Community Conversation:

Community is the core of how I work.

I believe sustainable solutions for community good include the community throughout the process; after all, the community is the expert on their lives. This belief has seen me through a career in communications, community engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion planning. From crafting a press release, to transforming a public safety and policing model, to launching a community-based health and wellness center, input and collaboration are essential for success.

I approach every project with a focus on the process, as well as the end product, enabling us to create a meaningful impact.
